Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) in the United States. This full-time role combines hands-on selling with leadership responsibilities, mentoring your team and driving performance on the store floor.

You will partner with the Store Leader, coach staff, and lead by example to exceed monthly targets. Experience in wireless sales is a plus, with paid training provided and ongoing product knowledge development.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred
• 2 years leadership or managing others preferred
• Authorized to work in the US
• Able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing and performance
• Sell alongside the team and lead by example on every shift
• Coach, train and develop team members through real-time feedback
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets
• Assist with product launches, merchandising and store branding
• Stay updated on AT&T promotions and devices to teach others
• Handle inventory, compliance and store-level problem-solving
• Represent BLW at events to grow customer base
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care
