Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) to join our full-time team in Westmoreland County, Irwin. You will work closely with the Store Leader, lead by example on the floor, and drive sales while coaching and mentoring others.

You’ll own daily operations, help with product launches and promotions, and ensure the store reflects brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a retail sales environment (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing others (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and mentoring.
