Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Store Manager in Florida's Sarasota area. You will lead a team delivering the best wireless experience, drive sales, and train staff across 700+ locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Equip people with wireless products and ensure the best wireless experience.
• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns.
• Increase knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
• Observe and coach sales reps, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
• Prepare Wireless Specialist reviews with district approval.
• Facilitate new hire sales training and ensure required elements are completed.
• Pre-screen and interview job applicants and hire new employees with approval.
• Conduct disciplinary action plans with approval from district manager.
• Manage shift scheduling.
