Job summary

NKB is seeking a Store Manager for a Cricket Wireless location in California. This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving sales, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service daily.

You will lead operations, develop staff, and strive to meet aggressive sales targets while maintaining retail standards across the store. Growth opportunities from store to district leadership are available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail team and hit sales targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience in retail, wireless, or leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and manage daily store operations
• Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and performance targets
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve goals
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback
• Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Train and develop new and existing employees
• Monitor store KPIs and implement improvements
• Manage employee scheduling and attendance
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and operating according to company standards
• Handle customer escalations professionally
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate store performance and operational issues to district leadership
• Identify and develop future leaders within the team
