You will model excellence, drive customer experiences, and create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor while overseeing inventory and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred; training available.
• Leadership experience in a business setting with customer-facing retail sales.
• Proven ability to drive customer experiences — and sales results — through team development.
• Experience balancing multiple commitments to sales, customers, staff, and operations.
• Ability to stay calm and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule.
