Job summary

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Wireless Manager to co-captain a store in Michigan. You will train and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants while driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($25.00–$40.00/hour) plus commission and incentives, plus benefits and advancement opportunities within a growing network of stores.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
