Job summary

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Michigan, is seeking a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a high-performing sales team, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll earn $25.00 - $40.00 per hour with commissions and incentives, participate in paid training, and have opportunities for advancement within a growing company focused on wireless solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
