Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Company products, service plans and devices to customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Provide total sales solution for connectivity needs and basic setup.
• Assist with signups for Tech assisted services and vendor repairs.
• Aid customers in device selections and troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build positive relationships.
• Create an engaging store environment and effective displays.
• Complete paperwork and sales reports for store operations.
• Participate in channel sales initiatives and pop-up events.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
