Silicon Labs in Austin, TX, seeks an Associate Staff Verification Engineer - Wireless to join the IoT Digital Design team. You will verify radio datapath for wireless protocols at subsystem and SoC levels, developing testbenches, test strategies, and coverage plans.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of SV-UVM/C experience, C firmware skills, and strong knowledge of UPF low-power verification with RNM/Spice modeling capabilities. Join a leading innovator in low-power wireless connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience.
• SV-UVM and C testbench development experience.
• Scripting/automation experience.
• C programming for firmware/software.
• UVM, SystemVerilog Assertions and coverage analysis.
• UPF low-power verification knowledge.
• RNM/Spice modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Radio datapath verification for wireless protocols at subsystem/SoC level using SV-UVM and C testbenches.
• Develop verification plan, coverage, and formal vs functional strategies.
• Work with real number models for RF/analog/modem verification.
• Use MATLAB models for RF/modem integrity checks.
