Job summary

Silicon Labs in Austin, TX, seeks an Associate Staff Verification Engineer for Wireless on the IoT Digital Design team. You will contribute to the verification of Wireless MCU SoCs, incorporating RF/analog modeling, security features, and power management.

Responsibilities include building testbenches with SV-UVM and C, developing verification plans and coverage, and using MATLAB models for RF integrity checks. Strong scripting and UPF knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• SV-UVM and C testbench development experience.
• Strong scripting/automation experience.
• Knowledge of low-power verification and UPF.

Responsibilities

• Verify radio datapath for wireless protocols at subsystem and SoC levels.
• Develop testbenches, verification plans, coverage, and formal vs functional strategies.
• Work with Real Number Models and MATLAB for RF/Modem integrity checks.
• Collaborate with EDA/AI platforms to automate radio/mac/host/power verification.
