Rymco LLC, an authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, is seeking an Assistant Retail Sales Manager to lead our team across retail locations. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and manage store operations with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in English (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM, Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions.
