Job summary

Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our team across retail locations in Kentucky. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure top customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers hourly pay plus commissions with bonuses up to $1,500 monthly. Shifts follow retail hours Mon-Sat 9am-8pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service and sales, 1+ year management preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Language English (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM
• Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
