Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service in a Verizon Authorized Retailer store. You will identify customer needs and match wireless products and services, while embracing the company’s values and culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in retail sales.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular’s products and services.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
