Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist to join our Retail Sales team. You will learn customer needs and provide personalized service, helping customers choose wireless products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are required.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn and excel in retail sales.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for further sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash management, admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
