Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to greet customers, identify needs, and provide personalized service to equip them with wireless products and services.

As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will work with a team that offers uncapped earning potential, growth opportunities, and a strong culture. The role requires versatility, reliability, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with Marketing Department.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
