Luna Wireless in Maryland invites applications for Retail Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and help shoppers complete their wireless journey.

This learning role emphasizes hands-on training, product knowledge, and building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced store environment. We value diverse applicants; must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have a HS diploma or GED;

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
