Responsibilities

• Keep up to date on promos, price changes and policy updates.
• Sell Cricket Wireless plans, devices, accessories and high speed internet.
• Achieve and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
• Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and stock; keep them organized.
• Help customers understand products, features, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
• Join local marketing and community events to promote the brand.
