Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro in Windsor, California to drive sales at Premium’s wireless locations. You will engage shoppers, explain wireless solutions, upsell accessories, and build personalized product baskets to meet and exceed goals.

You’ll also ensure displays stay stocked and in top condition, while guiding customers through setup and activation. The role offers an hourly base with commission potential and requires flexibility for peak times, weekends, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
