Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking Wireless Sales Professionals to connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions in retail locations across North America. You will drive sales through proactive conversations, upselling accessories, and personalized product baskets.

Expect an energetic, high-traffic environment with uncapped commissions, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement within a coaching-centered culture. Must be able to stand 8–10 hours.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is not mandatory but you must be driven to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to stand and move for extended shifts in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to use new products through setup and activation.
• Keep wireless plan displays stocked and in good condition.
