Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to drive in-store wireless sales at our Leesville location. This part-time role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, product recommendations, and closing sales while maintaining compelling displays.

You will help customers understand wireless options, assist with activations, and contribute to a high-energy team environment. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and select holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is not mandatory but helpful.
• Must be able to stand 8–10 hours.
• High-energy personality and strong conversational ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple terms to buyers.
• Recommend personalized product baskets and assist with product setup and activation.
• Keep displays stocked and presentable during shifts.
• Flexibly work peak times, including weekends and holidays.
