Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking Sales Advocates in Fond du Lac, WI to provide outstanding customer service and tailor wireless solutions for customers. You will help drive store performance while representing Cricket Wireless with professionalism.

The role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions, along with training and growth opportunities. Candidates must be 18+, able to work 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have reliable transportation near multiple

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with duties and store operations.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonus payment.
• Participate in outside events or promotional activities as needed.
