Qualifications

• Clear communication skills demonstrated with customers and teams.
• Attitude and technical aptitude for product recommendations.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours/week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and may work at multiple locations.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must operate a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; potential for bonus payments.
