Job summary

As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and demonstrate product capabilities while applying Russell Cellular’s core values of Integrity, Expertise, and Service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to customers for additional sales opportunities by phone when appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Help develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
