Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills are required.
- Motivation and inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
- Knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
- Open availability during store hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
- Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
- Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate capabilities.
