Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, assess needs, and recommend wireless products and services. You’ll embody our values of integrity, expertise, initiative and service while delivering friendly, personalized service.

Based in California, this role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions in addition to a base pay, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a large Verizon Authorized Retailer

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow in retail.

Responsibilities

Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches and devices with outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and events.
Contact customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management.
Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
