• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals
