The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with potential to exceed hourly expectations through performance, incentives, and advancement within a large Verizon Authorized Retailer network.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
