Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to product changes.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing and cash management.
• Set and monitor action plans to achieve sales goals.
