Your Wireless, Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate in Southport, CT. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the selection and buying process.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, a strong base pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have retail experience, enjoy outbound activities to drive traffic, and be goal‑driven and customer‑focused for repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
• Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs
• Assisting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team
• Completing all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others
• Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at Your Wireless
