Your Wireless, Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate position in Waterford, CT. You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through selecting services, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in retail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service
• Ability to travel to locations within the district as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for every customer.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
