Job summary

Your Wireless Inc., a Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences at our Southport, CT location. You will educate customers on Verizon products and services and guide them through the purchasing process to drive sales and satisfaction.

We offer a strong base pay with an uncapped commission plan, plus benefits including 401k, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Ability to travel to our various locations as needed.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to provide work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences by educating customers on Verizon products and services.
• Guide customers through the selection and buying process.
• Meet and exceed store production standards through sales activities.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete required training and uphold professional conduct.
• Develop skills for career advancement within Your Wireless.
