Luna Wireless in the United States is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced environment where technology and customer needs evolve.

You will educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions. This learning role trains new associates, requiring at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving customers and delivering a world-class experience.
