Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate who enjoys helping others.
• Willingness to learn and share ideas on a fast-paced team.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to identify personalized device and service solutions.
• Address service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and in-store processes.
• Complete training on the in-store experience and systems.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-channel staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
