Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. You’ll be a brand ambassador, building energy and excitement around our products in a fast-paced environment, learning to educate, demonstrate, and recommend devices and services.

This role offers competitive base pay plus commission and benefits for part-time and full-time associates, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Assist customers with product demonstrations and needs in-store.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Collaborate with team to resolve customer issues and improve the in-store experience.
