Job summary

Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. As a brand ambassador, you will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and build loyal relationships while driving sales and growth.

Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and selling skills. We offer competitive base pay plus commissions, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement in a collaborative retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and demonstrate devices and services in-store.
• Build energy and excitement around products and the T-Mobile brand to drive loyalty.
• Provide personalized solutions and hands-on demonstrations to meet customer needs.
• Operate with integrity, professionalism, and customer focus on every interaction.
• Complete training on in-store processes, systems, and resources.
