Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to understand customer needs and provide personalized service, helping customers choose wireless products and services that fit their lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
