Russell Cellular is seeking a self-motivated Wireless Sales Specialist to join our team. You will get to know customers, identify needs, and provide personalized wireless solutions with outstanding service, reflecting our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

This role involves selling devices and services, supporting in-store operations, and pursuing growth opportunities through campaigns and community events, while upholding Russell Cellular culture and the Verizon

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management.
