Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Sales Agent to deliver personalized wireless solutions and sales excellence. The role offers a base pay of $14 per hour with uncapped commission potential, with $20/hour for meeting minimum expectations and $25/hour for top performers.

You will actively engage customers, process activations and upgrades, and drive sales targets as both an individual contributor and team member.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Motivated to increase earnings through personal performance.
• Exceptional communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
• Up to 40 hours a week.
• Solid sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers regarding the wireless plans and needs.
• Deliver a five-star customer service, finding the perfect solutions for every customer
