Job summary

OSL Retail Services is hiring a Sales Agent to deliver personalized wireless solutions and outstanding customer experiences. You will engage customers, process activations and upgrades, and strive to meet sales goals while earning uncapped commissions.

This role offers a base pay of $15/hour with the potential to earn $20/hour by meeting expectations and up to $25/hour for top performers, along with monthly bonuses, comprehensive insurance, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Motivated to increase earnings through personal performance
• Exceptional communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends
• Up to 40 hours a week
• Solid sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers regarding wireless plans and needs
• Deliver five-star customer service and find the best solutions for each customer
