Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in retail sales.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cell phones, tablets, watches and other devices with wireless services and outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash management, admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
