Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience for each visit.
• Assist customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed location targets.
• Handle customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless.
• Set a professional example for colleagues.
