KC Wireless - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer in Cambridge, MD is seeking a bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless retailer.
• Proven sales and customer service achievement.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer daily.
• Assist customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sales to meet/exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon Wireless.
• Set a professional example for staff.
