Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through local marketing and community involvement.
• Follow up with customers via phone to upsell services and devices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
