Delphos Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, seeks a dynamic Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, promote products, and hit sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will demonstrate devices, handle POS transactions, and contribute to a welcoming store environment while building customer relationships for future visits. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Results-driven with ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance.
• Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer calls.
• Demonstrate products and conduct product demos to showcase features.
• Operate POS systems for transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
