Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Mobile Expert to deliver personalized wireless solutions and exceptional customer experiences. You will earn a $15/hour base with uncapped commission; $18/hour at minimum expectations and $30+/hour for top performers.

You’ll process activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices, and merchandise and manage inventory while striving to meet sales targets both individually and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and communication with high energy and positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
• Full-time flexible availability.
• Solid sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service and find perfect solutions for every customer.
• Process activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
• Merchandise and handle inventory, open/close the store.
• Hit sales goals as an individual and as part of a team.
