Job summary

Russell Cellular is looking for a Wireless Sales Representative in Harrison, OH to deliver outstanding customer service while helping customers choose devices, plans, and accessories. You will build relationships, learn products through training, and contribute to store goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers a base of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
