Job summary

AT&T in Chicago is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers through personalized sales expertise and guide options with a consultative approach. You’ll help meet sales targets while leveraging AT&T’s products and services to bring communities closer together.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, with a schedule 9 am–9 pm including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
