DSI in Vineland, New Jersey is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will greet customers, identify needs through consultative selling, and educate them on wireless products and services to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
