Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and build product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, by phone, or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to uncover personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
