OSL Retail Services—Creston, IA—is hiring a Sales Agent to deliver wireless solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Earn unlimited earnings with a $15/hour base pay and uncapped commissions; top performers can reach $25/hour, with a $20/hour floor for meeting minimum expectations.

You will activate services, upgrade plans, and sell wireless devices while hitting sales targets as an individual and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Motivated to increase earnings through your personal performance.
• Exceptional communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
• Up to 40 hours a week.
• Solid sales experience preferred.
